CANCELLATION POLICY
Karswell Limo LLC - Cancellation and Late Cancellation Policy
At Karswell Limo LLC, we are committed to providing reliable, professional, and timely transportation services. To ensure the highest level of service and to accommodate the scheduling demands of our valued clients, we have established a structured cancellation policy. This policy outlines our terms regarding cancellations, late cancellations, and associated fees. Your cooperation and understanding help us optimize our operations and serve you better.
1. Standard Cancellation Policy
• Booking Cancellation: Any booking canceled 24 hours or morebefore the scheduled pick-up time will be eligible for a full refund without any cancellation fees.
• Cancellations within 24 Hours: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time will incur a cancellation fee (outlined below) due to the short notice and potential disruption in scheduling.
2. Late Cancellation Policy
• Definition of Late Cancellation: A “late cancellation” is defined as any cancellation made within 12 hours of the scheduled pick-up time. Cancellations within this window directly impact our ability to serve other clients and manage our schedule effectively.
• Fee for Late Cancellations: For all cancellations made within 12 hoursof the scheduled pick-up time, a late cancellation fee of 50% of the booked fare will be applied.
3. No-Show Policy
• Definition of a No-Show: If a customer does not arrive for pick-up within 15 minutes of the scheduled time and has not communicated any delays or rescheduled, it will be considered a “no-show.”
• Fee for No-Shows: No-shows will be charged the full fare of the booking.
4. Changes to Pick-Up Time or Location
• Rescheduling: We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. Clients may reschedule their pick-up time with no additional fee if changes are requested 24 hours or more in advance. However, rescheduling requests made within 24 hours may be subject to availability and incur a 10% service adjustment fee.
• Location Changes: If a client requests a change in the pick-up or drop-off location within 12 hours of the original booking, an adjustment fee may apply, depending on the distance and time involved.
5. Special Considerations
• Medical Emergencies or Extreme Weather: In the event of a medical emergency or extreme weather that affects travel conditions, Karswell Limo LLC may waive cancellation fees at our discretion. Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible in these cases.
• Corporate Account Adjustments: For corporate clients with unique scheduling needs, we may offer custom cancellation policies. Please inquire with our team for more information.
6. Refunds and Disputes
• Refund Processing: Any eligible refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date of the cancellation. Clients will receive a confirmation email upon processing.
• Dispute Resolution: Should a client wish to dispute a cancellation fee or no-show charge, they may contact us within 48 hours of the charge. We are committed to resolving any issues professionally and fairly.
